Returns Policy

We fully comply with all legal requirements under both the Sale of Goods Act & the Distance Selling Regulations

Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within 2 calendar days and return it to us within 7 calendar days.
We will either replace the product on a like for like basis or we will refund your payment in full (This includes the original shipping and packaging charge you paid) whichever you prefer.

If no fault is found, the item can be returned at your expense or a refund given less postage and packaging.

Return for any other reason
If you decide you want to return the item for any reason within the first seven days, then your item purchase price will be refunded excluding postage cost providing the item is returned in a re-saleable, unopened condition.

This does not Mean we offer a "Try before you buy" service!

If you are returning goods that are not faulty or damaged, they must be as new and unused (i.e. in the condition you received them). With the Full, Complete and undamaged packaging that they were sent with.

You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item to us.

Once the goods have been returned they will be inspected. Only if the packaging is undamaged and the item is complete will a refund be granted on the purchase price (excluding postage and packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse the return and send the item back to you, if the item is not of saleable quality.

Note: Grillz & Earrings for peirced ears are non returnable due to hygene reasons - eCigarettes must be returned with the cellophane wrapping on.

** Free Shipping Item Returns - Items returned as unsuitable / unwanted that had free shipping, will incurr a deduction of £3.49 plus 0.99p per aditional item (to cover our regular shipping charge) from the total ** Wholesale / Dropship Returns Policy All Sales are final, returns only accepted for faulty good within 7 days.

Postage
Items are in perfect condition when posted. Following reciept of cleared payments items are shipped out within 48 hours.

United Kingdom 1 to 3 working days
Europe: 3 to 5 working days
Rest: 5 to 10 working days

We ship Mon - Fri.

Claims for non-reciept must be made within 30 days from the date of order

Bling Bling Online warrantees and represents that the goods are as they are described.Bling Bling Online must be advised of any faulty goods within 7 days. Bling Bling Online specifically disclaims any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
